Exhibiting at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas for the first time, Opoplan will launch LotTech – an advanced AI-based lot analysis tool, specifically developed to assist custom builders, real estate brokers and house designers. Providing detailed lot information including size, setbacks, buildable area and slope, LotTech also allows professionals to overlay multiple house footprints, garages and ADUs , of various sizes, on the lot.
LotTech is an easy to use, visual tool that helps builders and their customers to make decisions more quickly, without the need to visit the lot and so speeding up the quote process. For builders, LotTech means not having to visit a lot before being sure they have the build contract.
