We are committed to transforming the approach of professional builders, real estate brokers and house designers through our unique generative AI Architecture planning and design technology applied specifically in the pre-construction phase of a single family residential project.

Our History
Opoplan is a spin out startup from Technological University Dublin, School of Architecture. Before generative AI was defined, we called our unique automated house design software a ‘virtual architect’ as we conceived and built our full stack platform during the pandemic.
The Opoplan suite of technology products has been created to improve the pre-build design and planning process for professionals and consumers, in the single family homes market.
Our professional ConTech / PropTech range evolved from our AI Architecture platform, driven by demand from builders and real estate brokers for advanced technology tools, to improve efficiency – saving them time and money.
LotTech™ – our first professional product, for fast lot analysis, is now available.
BriefTech™ – our second professional product will be available shortly.
3D Houseplans – our consumer design plan product is available in BETA format.

Brian O’Brien
CEO, Architect, Founder
An award-winning architect with over twenty years in professional practice, Brian has a Masters in Architecture from UC Berkeley and has designed houses all over the world. Brian is passionate about getting the simple things in the design of a family home just right, because these are the things that make life better.
Gráinne Kennedy
CMO, Co-Founder
A serial entrepreneur with a background in marketing, advertising and market research, Gráinne has experience of launching and building international brands. A Masters in Digital Marketing led Gráinne to join the founder team at Opoplan where she is looking forward to overseeing the US launch of the LotTech tool for builders.

CTO
With over a decade in software creation, Trevor has led development teams, creating complex software, from startup to enterprise scales.
Sean Leavy
Senior Developer
Sean is an experienced JAVA developer who has created and manages Opoplan’s software across the full stack.

With an advanced degree in Architectural Technology, specialising in BIM, Tom has created and manages Opoplan’s BIM systems and Revitt customization protocols.
