- Your Designs

OPOPLAN is the world's first exchange platform exclusively for architects' new home designs. Like most architects, you probably have home designs stored away in your office, unrealized. Now, you can submit designs - in any easily legible format - to OPOPLAN to resell on your behalf.

- Our Platform

Once your design is approved, we will create a BIM model of your design from scratch, so that it can easily integrate into our customization software, and add it to our portfolio. When a customer's brief and site requirements match one of your designs, they will be given options to customize and purchase it.

- Generate Income

You get paid, automatically and electronically, every time your design is sold on our platform. So, you can now easily earn passive income by simply selling on your original designs.
